For new projects we still set a fixed implementation price and fixed delivery date. AI only means we can offer both significantly better.

FAQ
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Primarily fixed-price with a fixed deadline. After analysing your needs we set the price and timeline and stick to both. Ongoing development and small changes run on time-and-materials (1,500 KÄŤ / h excl. VAT).
What if AI generates bad code?
We are accountable for code quality, not the AI. Every AI-generated piece goes through senior code review, automated tests, type-checks and a security audit before deployment.
AI is just a faster pen in the hand of an experienced architect — the responsibility and guarantee are always ours.
Who owns the code after delivery?
The code is yours. On delivery you get full access to the repository, documentation and all credentials. No vendor lock-in.
We can continue as your long-term development & ops partner, or you can take maintenance in-house any time.
How do you protect our data when using AI tools?
We use paid Business / Enterprise plans of AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) with zero data retention — your code and data are not used for model training.
Sensitive credentials, production data and customer PII never reach an AI prompt. We have a tuned workflow with automatic masking.
How long does a typical e-shop take?
A fully functional e-shop typically ships in 2 months, an e-shop with a mobile app within 4 months. Previously these timelines were 6 and 12 months — AI is the acceleration we pass directly on to you.
What if something happens to your team? What about our project?
Standard part of the contract is source-code escrow — you have repository access from day one and can continue independently or with another vendor at any time. Documentation, infrastructure and deploy processes are fully handed over and documented.
